I'm currently looking for any recommendations or leads on reputable builders that has worked townhouse communities in the past.

Personally, I believe in the BRRR strategy as a great way to start as this option can lead to a flip or buy and hold rental.

However, I recently was given a lead by a fellow female investor for a CPA in Decatur, TX that is also a real estate investor.

Each group can be lead with one local & few people from outside state .

My research thus far has lead me to the same conclusion about QB being to cumbersom for the average investor.

They could fail to properly lift and secure the boat, leading to theft or loss during a storm. 

The room is connected to the main house, cannot tell the difference, has a full bathroom, window and a door that leads outside.

Major lessons learned:1) Sometimes the biggest disasters lead to the biggest upside.  2) I filed two insurance claims here - one for the property damage and one for the theft of electrical & plumbing. 

Vrbo is easily better to deal with than airbnb but from the support side and being more "owner friendly"....BUT you should list on both so you double your market audience. 

If you yourself would be interested or have had a good experience with an STR manager in the past -- or have any recommendations -- I'd be grateful for the lead!
