If you are not willing to do one or more of these things to attain a foot into this industry then this is not the industry for you and you are not truly serious about being in it because if you were then you would sacrifice to get there as I am sure 95+% of these people have.

I called the titled company and they are going back tot he underwriter that had the issue for clarification.
