No other system I've used has taken that long.

When people usually become agents they are excited to work with people, and for good reason but they don't set up their systems. 

Is the Covid-19 situation making this system more or less lucrative?

Of course, this only gets you some operators/developers and working for larger companies you tend to be pigeon holed into a very specific role, often with very efficient systems and processes.

Oil systems can be supplied by any vendor at any time, however LP gas is almost exclusively filled into vendor supplied tanks.

Each deal will be better and better as mistakes are made and systems are built. 

But the seller has a lot of great stuff in place-- he's only doing subject-tos to help with Baltimore shoddy appraisal system, etc.
