Borrower challenged the appraisal at every turn, called me names, etc. 

How can I approach them and find out what the status is and what should my angle be?

I'm looking for some feedback on how to approach a deal here.

Therefore, there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

I am happy to do the legwork, but I would appreciate knowing the best approach!

@Justin R,  thank you for your information,  I did ask the inspector who came out to my house, he said the high occupancy house regularly is being challenged in court , therefore it’s not enforced.  

Heres the challenge: Presently 2 oil tanks there.

Setting up a team in a place we've never been is a challenge, especially for our first investment, but we are up for it to make a smart decision.
