Institutional accounts are slow to setup, and none of the exchanges really provide a means to contact someone to check on the status of an application or obtain help.You have to establish an institutional exchange account that ties back to the Solo 401(k) in some fashion, either directly in the 401k trust or via a LLC that is wholly owned by the 401(k).

The Board repeatedly denied the application and the case went to the Superior Court where the Board's decision was overrided because FCC guidelines supercede the municipality - cell towers provide for the "Public good" - emergency 911 phone service.Where the towers make their money is not only through our monthly service fees, they sublease and co-share with other carriers.

I'm working with a buyer for one of my properties who just got declined for a mortgage after a 10 week application process.I'm trying to find another lender who will go down to a 600 credit score for an FHA loan.The only one I know right now is Wells Fargo.Does anyone know of any others?
