Hello All,Just a general question for the self-managing landlords out there:  I am trying to find out what the general consensus is about this.  

Just bought a SF on 6th, all in 65k, rent 1250, not so bad ,All the best 

Marketing, management, deal underwriting are all very different. 

Sometimes things pop up after tenant move in that were not evident before, so stuff happens.... but your list is pretty long to have missed all of that. 

All that will be rented out on Airbnb!

Hopefully all goes well with my first deal! 

I am open to all options.
