Are you wanting students that are aging out of foster care or people with mental health issues or seniors or... there are lots of options but I’d be nervous about why it’s vacant and being foreclosed.

The thing is wasps are quite common in Denver and when leasing the property I specifically elected not to pay for any sort of regular Pest control for insects and bugs, such as Orkin, etc.

It really feels like I'm part of a community than just another contributor on anonymous online forum . . .But I've been crunching a few numbers and feel there may be better opportunities in western MA, specifically in Hampden County including places such as Holyoke and possibly Springfield.

I'd also suggest a 1-month sub to AirDNA or similar so you can see some average numbers in terms of pricing, occupancy, etc, and see how listings in your specific area are doing. 

We are specifically wondering about selling it.
