Sale prices continue to drop in my area, but I've just adjusted my offer prices correspondingly, and have also leveraged the relationships we've built with REO agents.In terms of ROI, it's all over the map, due to several differences among my projects:- Some are financed and some are cash;- Some are quick turn (essentially wholesale deals) and some are held for 3-5 months (major rehabs).

Forget that they can't pay the mortgage.Along the same line more felons are minorities so by blanketing felons you are automatically including minorities which are a protected class.Of course when there is a crime against another tenant we get sued because we knowingly rented to a convict.

I can setup Pipedrive to automatically link to deals, but when my attorney writes me in regards to a property, Pipedrive isn't going to know, so I pick it myself.
