We made a 7 year plan to live in our own units to acquire as much as possible.

hey, new to this site, amazing work you are doing here, every time i step in to ask a question i got ton of valueable responses, really great. i have suggestion i think can benefit everybody, having the ability to "star" a message in the forums.many times i read through the forum finding a really good insightful post, which has many things i would like to keep in mind for the future, i would have been great if it was able to mark/star the post and have a page with links to all the posts i previously starred. something to keep in mind..

I keep called the city and no response to messages!!!  

I’ve been using turbo tax previously but I’ve sold and acquired property in the last year so I want to make sure I am maximizing my benefit.

You have some advantages also, you probably understand technology better than older agents, you probably have less responsibilities and time commitments than middle age agents with families and more energy than older agents.

I'm learning the ins and outs of real estate investing and plan to acquire my first property within the next 2-3 months.

Tenants are responsible for having rent payment to the landlord or in their account by midnight on the day rent is due.
