I look up as much information as I can through search engines but in todays world, a lot of people have more unique jobs and I do not want to call only the numbers the applicant has provided.

@Irving RiveraI don't have any properties in the area but if you haven't already I recommend driving around and talk to the neighbors to gather more information. 

So I can go to the county clerks website and find more information?
