Not a huge pain but in terms of something that can be made easier with software I wish there is a way to extend Postlets.Postlets is a website owned by Zillow and landlords can use it to create online ads and syndicate it to a bunch of other real estate web sites.You put in address, title, descriptions, features, photos etc etc etc and it's free.When a potential applicant likes what they see and they wish to contact the landlord for a viewing they press a button on whatever web site to contact the landlord or agent.I wish when they press the "Contact" button I can inject a custom form to ask the user several questions, such as "have you ever been convicted on a felony?"

When I got the Lead Propeller web site, I was blown away at how easy to use it was.

The service is free and you can easily transfer money to people through their easy web interface or the nice App they have.  

Make it easy to find your listings on your web-page.  

BTW, this is a perfect example of what I was talking about in my blog post about having your own home base on the web.

Don't pay anyone that kind of money for a "mentorship" educate yourself through places like here and all the other free resources on the web.
