Currently I'm working with a builder on a container home project near Table Rock Lake in Omaha, AR which is just south of Branson, MO about 20 minutes.

We did receive 2 quotes from reputable companies that our neighbors have used and the city of Sea Ranch Lakes and Lauderdale By The Sea use as well. 

Anyone here currently using an an STR strategy in the New Hampshire lakes region?

I have a few short term rentals locally in Missouri (lake communities) so I know my numbers.

Cleveland has 2 real estate investment associations, the Greater Cleveland Real Estate Investing association and the Great Lakes Real Estate Investment Association. you can also find many other local groups by looking on Meetup.com.

I have a lake home on the water front and I don't rent it, rarely go there now but renting it would be a real PITA, IMO. :)

That being said, here's what I've seen as the less desirable areas:-Between Jerome ave and Stafford ave (north of route 6)-South east Bristol between Lake ave and Birch St south of Pine St -N.

However, I recently stumbled across a couple articles online that stated any rental property located in Salt Lake City requires a business license to operate. 

We spent the next week together driving from SoCal to Salt Lake City, then over to Reno.Use what you have to get what you want.
