I am very new to real estate on my own, but I have been around the residential rental game my whole life since my parents own 19 properties, one of which is commercial.

Some properties are converted to residential, senior living and multi family, some large big box are becoming storage or office warehouse.

Ok yes that’s what I’m planning on doing... it’s a big enough and a true apartment building not a residential home conversion so I believe it’s all above board, just getting into the due diligence. 

As a Bloomington resident I always caution people that Bloomington should be looked at as 2 cities.
