Phone numbers... try public records or the listing agent.

Hello,I'm having trouble finding the name of property owners though the San Diego County online public record search.

When searching  things such as lenders or public record info brings me to sights that offer info at a relatively low cost (if its good legit info)  Should I subscribe?  

That information has likely been gleaned from the public records which themselves are also not up-to-the-minute.Just to add to the items @Andrew Holmes listed, follow bankruptcies, also.

At your age, in decent health, (I'm not an insurance broker and just totally guesstimating off of past and more recent experiences; YMMV) you'll probably spend around $1000/year for a $1M 30-year term policy and around $5000/year for only $500k in coverage.

If you are frugal, however, the long term health costs of eating a instant Ramen rich diet, which includes both long term medical costs and quality of life considerations, make them potentially very expensive.

Truly, what do you want to achieve personally, professionally and don't forget (fitness / health) goals?
