I thought wholesalers only dealt w/ buyers who were "all cash" anyway...like someone said on another post, it's highly unlikely a distressed seller is gonna bother w/ litigation against you...AND if the end buyers is a risky proposition, he shouldn't be purchasing propertiess to begin with and the wholesaler should do his/her due dilligence in regards to the buyers professionalism

I have tried searching quite a bit but most of the ones I find seem to be mostly composed of people with little or no experience (ie, NYC FLIPPIN - meeting location: Jason's basement friday nights, brooklyn) Not that I'm trying to be a snob but I want to try to reach for a group that's very professional so I can learn things from them, not surround myself with peers who have no real experience or wisdom and have the same questions I do.Thanks!
