I’m sure you’ll agree that you live in one of the most expense real estate markets on the planet, but outside the city there will always be those blue collar communities that are home to mainly service professional types.

Hi @Devlin Mcconnell, welcome to BP.While @Jake Hartnett is correct, not having a full bath will limit the potential rental pool, in the Boston area that might really be a big issue and might actually be a benefit.If you are close to the city there is obviously no shortage of "young professionals." 

One mistake will screw up your entire IRA so make sure you are using a professional.

@Jordon Nichols Once an agent has spent a week or two showing properties to a “buyer” only to find out they Can’t get a loan, they look at it differently.And yes, Real investors Do know to show a preapproval, or a cash POF......SOP when dealing with a Professional agent, as they’re going to have to produce one to go along with an offer anyway.It is indeed somewhat of a judgment call though.
