. $780, removed the old, new plywood, granite, cut the sink hole, bullnose and backsplash and reinstalled the sink. 16 linear feet.Did a nice job too.AndrewEdit: I was able to use precut slabs, with minimal fabricating, hence the price.

Also, based on the fairly minimal repair requests I field every month, usually between 3-6, hiring a manager doesn't make a lot of sense, as I'd expect that expense to come in around 900-1200 per month.Has anyone tried going this route and has it worked out well for you?

Did you want to do another buy and hold, did you want to jv and do a flip to minimize your out of pocket cost, or you can always wrap a note create cash flow and still keep a portion of your cash.
