What came to my mind is to see if he's interested to go beyond just the maximum dollar returns and (for example) put his funds toward improving certain communities or locations, affordable housing projects, deep energy retrofits, or other desirable fixups that would really vary depending on the target market.

I think about the costing to much $ and getting beat up but the one thing that never crosses my mind is quieting (I guess I am a pretty hard headed individual when it comes to that), I certainly love a challenge and this appears to be right up my alley.

I no this to be true, as long as you have the right type of buyer. we also can sell properties in A, B, C, D. neighborhoods,  a mind is a terrible thing to waste!!!!!!!!

@Mindy Jensen Unfortunately not, because when the deceased purchased the property her children's homes were used for collateral, likely because she didn't have a sufficient down payment.
