HELOC would be Low interest and most likely only have to make interest payments upfront and once it’s rehabbed and rented you can start knocking away at the Principal.

The property probably needs about 10k in repairs to get rent of about 900 per unit a month. market value of about 160k.because of my new mortgage I would not qualify for a standard HELOC. how can I go about getting a loan on this property with no rent coming in yet?
