We also have a pretty extensive pet addendum that spells out expectations of pet ownership and places responsibility on the tenant to ensure they are taking actions to prevent pet from being in a position to bite/attack someone.

It would likely be a grade B building overall,. and was rehabbed extensively from an empty semi abandoned building 2 years ago.

From what I understand they've made multiple extensions and sellers aren’t extending again.

She did mention Fuquay as a hot area due to the 540 extension.

I did extensive research on the forums and talking to RE people in person including oil tank specialist.
