Dan, My company has expanded our market into the Charlotte NC area.

I started doing Wraps (installment sales), however have expanded into Rehab & flip and long term buy & holds as the market shifts.My niche is single family houses.I am currently based in Auckland, New Zealand, however I am commuting to NC frequently.

I currently own three rental units and would like to expand in the future.

I am looking to expand my business portfolio along with my real estate portfolio, so if you have any deals that you think are worth my time or money feel free to send them my way... :)

If you've played the cash flow game, it will give you ideas on several different scenarios.Most people I know start out small, and expand in the future.

I suggest you find your niche and learn as much as you can and them slowly expand your toolbox.

In my opinion, no matter how you slice it, giving a central cartel of bankers the ability to expand and contract a fiat money supply, complemented by a fractional reserve banking system... well, based on world history, there is zero probability of our currency surviving.
