You're told to go to college and get a steady income (i.e. liberal arts isn't acceptable, so engineering it is...), because that's what's going to set you up financially in life.

For an area that supports vacation rentals bigger will yield more profit.I often see extended families, grandparents, parents, kids vacationing together or attending college football games or being together for Christmas.
