Hello,  Has anybody done  bootcamp  “90 Day Challenge to Buy Your First Rental Property”  or “Rentals made easy”  by Jessie Lang,  would really appreciate if you could please share your experience, I could not find any reviews/feedback  online. thank you.

This can be fairly straightforward, depending on your agreement and if a partnership return was ever filed, you'll want to report half or your portion of the basis in the property as well as half the sale price minus expenses.

I am not sure how to respond and what will be the next steps.I took over the property about 2.5 years ago.

Most lenders will source the funds and will not finance this if you are using it towards the down payment of the property.

Hello,Been a member here for prob 10 years, but just restarted my journey to get into rental properties. 

The Seller did not want to Seller finance the property.

The great divide” is between purchasing real property for CASH FLOW, or purchasing real property for CAPITAL APPRECIATION.IKnow, I know, the two are NOT mutually exclusive.  

I have an off market property currently for sale, and there's a potential buyer who wants to purchase it with cash. what should I do next?
