I would appreciate it if someone can recommend a good electrician, HVAC & dry wall contractors.

Good Afternoon bigger pockets,I'm looking for a good contractor referral for a new construction project in buffalo.

Have also spoken with several contractors swamped with work. 

Others will say to pay it off as quickly as possible and use the cash flow to start saving for your next property that way it's really hard for things to go south on you.If your multi-unit is residential I would recommend trying to secure a bank loan since you can get them at a low interest rate for 30 years and then enjoy the cash flow and start looking at other investments. 

I am looking for a good general contractor in Casper WY.I want to flip a house and sell it.any recomandation?

What you had the contractor sign doesnt apply to them 

.- She wants to enjoy things now as who knows how much time she has left.- She's going to spend the next few months selling a bunch of stuff stored in the garages before she considers selling the properties.

Would a general contractor be able to detect this?

Then start getting estimates from different contractors. 

Essentially every deal we’ve done has take about a year from start to finish, mainly due to our one man band contractor but that’s besides the point.
