You will likely have about 16 units showering all between 6:30 and 7:30am, potentially with two back to back in many of those, and another 16 units showering before bed each night, and trying to do dishes.Again, you need to consult a plumber, if not building code as well, but my house has 3 full,1 half bath with dishwasher and laundry, and our plumber recommended a 50 gal for a family of 4. 32 units, potentially all couples, that is 64 occupants.

@Angelo Aguirre remember you have 3 years from the time you move out of a primary residence and begin renting it out to sell your property and not pay any taxes on the capital gains (consult a tax pro).
