Does anyone know why this is happening or are others having this same problem?

Hello Again Good People of the BP Community.I just rented out my 1st SFH rental property which I own free and clear. 

So we are not in agreement.I sent this to my tax accountant https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/passiveincome.asp.She sent the IRS link to me https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p925.pdfI wonder how your tax accountant treat your private lending interest?

In my initial research, I'm finding a pretty big disconnect with the deals that Michael implies in the book and what is actually out there.

This is an A-Frame home (about 1,700 sq. ft.) in the mountains of Colorado.

Is this a novation, sub-to, or some other creative finance deal?

Being that the brokerage is small and new, and we are all mostly new agents, I don't have a large, experienced "team" to help find a buyer, so I am pretty much on my own trying to navigate the selling process of this home. 

Now, how do I master this?
