Submit or Pay

Anytime someone without insurance goes to the hospital without insurance and can't pay cash, about 20% of that bill is paid for by your (and my) taxes. This includes the 50% of people who have health insurance, get seriously ill, and then get dropped by their insurance companies because the insurance companies would prefer to pad their pockets. Now that I realize that you work in the insurance industry, I have a better understanding of why you want to protect the profits of the big insurance companies.I guess we just have a philosophical disagreement on the priority of the insurance companies vs our citizens.

Initial Contact on Unlisted Fixers

I have my eye on several ugly, dirty, beaten-down houses (some vacant) that are not officially for sale, but I seem to be stuck as to what my initial contact with the owners should be.On past houses, I've mailed the owners a letter saying that I was interested in purchasing their house, but any time I'd get a response they'd ask, "How much are you gonna pay me for my house?"

Looking for a recommended virtual phone and fax number

I would get myfax.com as your fax number, because you can send and receive faxes through email, even if it means making another automatic payment very month, which doesn't take any time anyway.
