@Michael Swan one reason you are getting this folks reaching out to you is that BP is a basically begineers website.. granted there area a core of experienced folks here like a J Scott and others.but the vast majority are trying to start their investing careers and they come here for free adviceand boy you can get a lot of it...

@Parris Edwards I read Brandon Turner's book, How We Bought a 24-Unit Apartment Building for (Almost) No Money Down ($0.99 on Amazon) and it's a basic instructional guide that buying a multi-family property is possible using the same type of creative financing for buying a single family home.I'm almost done with reading How to Make Big Money in Small Apartments by Lance Edwards ($0.99 on Amazon) and this book focuses on using creative financing for multifamily property and building passive income.I've highlighted quite a bit in this book and it's encouraging to know that this too, is a way to successfully build passive income and grow a rental portfolio, something that I will endeavor to accomplish.I'm sure that you will hear from some people here on BP who are successfully buying/investing in multifamily real estate.

The funny thing is the police stole from me "through taxes"I wasn't going to respond any more to this pseudo-anarchy, coffee shop philosopher stuff, but after reading your answer, I simply have to make a basic statement, and then, it is truly done:You continually state that the taxes don't belong to the government, but I say, and YOUR ACTIONS say that they do.
