Am in agreement with @Theresa Harris ... rents should be raised, if not to market rate, to at least cover the mortgage and real estate taxes and HOA expenses. 

I am still grateful for the lessons that this one taught me, and will serve me well in all my future endeavors..

I am in need of a property management company for our 14 unit multifamily in Dayton.

I now live in Indianapolis and am on property #9, I also work with OOS investors if you would like a call. 

However, given the acceptance of my rent payment for the entire month, I am assuming that this implies an extension of my tenancy through the end of July and hence I canceled the reservations I had made with the moving company.As I am now a month-to-month tenant, please confirm whether you will be providing a proper notice period if my tenancy is to be terminated.
