You don't have to worry about supporting anything that is already rotten and is holding no weight.

I like the idea of running different scenarios and then weighting the outcomes (i.e. 25% things go really bad, 50% normal conditions, 25% things go really good) to see how the numbers run.

I can tell you I make more money, have more family time, enjoy my days more, and have gained more weight than them :) When I am seen on a job, it is only because I was bored.

Forget about being over weight.

These devices are not possible on a mobile car because the weight would be too much to make it an actual benefit on the car. 

I would ask what's the usual requirement for the LLC "upkeep" and what to expect in the future regarding managing different bank accounts, liability, taxation, etc.

The housing prices are low but rents seem high, however I'm assuming it is mostly students renting - are 'upkeep' & turnover costs higher because of this?

and if you look to multi family, the expenses may be disbursed over more units, but the rents tend to be lower in a complex than SFRs, and the maintenance required is more, everything is bigger, you have fire sprinklers, tht have to be inspected annually, common areas you must upkeep, and you probably wont have the tenant cutting the grass or removing the snow either.  

In my opinion, the cost savings you get when buying an all in one laundry center just doesn't out weight all the benefits of spending a little more and getting better machines.
