He is trying to decide between the following options:1 - Sell house in MA and use majority of proceeds to pay off high interest debt.2 - Rent out house in MA which would cash flow approximately $300 per month after mortgage is paid.The debt load is credit card debt and fairly significant.

When I begin construction, I think I'll need an EZ Interior Non Load Bearing Demolition permit and the contractor will get the following permits:-Plumbing Permit-Electrical PermitOnce it's all done, I'll need another rental permit to rent it out.

Another one is US Bank, who offered me 3.875% but when they dug into my tax returns etc they declined me because my "global" income wasn't high enough for them in relation to my debt load
