BP podcasts have filled much of our time traveling to Waco on weekends as we currently work on a Reno there.

A bunch of us are also meeting up in Oakland with a bunch of investors from the Podcasts next weekend if you can make it..

The general rule with house buying and neighborhoods is, visit during the day, visit during the night, visit during the week, and visit on the weekend (Friday or Saturday night is a good one), to get a sense of the area during all times.Also talk to the neighbors, especially the older ones sitting on their porches or walking dogs, who look like they've been in the neighborhood a lot.

I have just finish up a short weekend introductory course on real estate investing, and decided (like many other beginner investors) that wholesaling would be a great way to get my foot in the door.

We both work full time jobs and certainly enjoy our fun time on the weekends.  

The condo is every weekend for sure.

If you've never been anywhere take a vacation or at keast a weekend trip to drive around.

My wife (Nicole) and I (Dennis) went to one of those weekend events and yes like you say they do push for you to continue with their super expensive training!

This weekend was a real balls up.My husband and I currently live in South Jersey and own three rental units.

We're hoping to drive by it this weekend and determine if we'd like to make the offer.
