You are absolutely right, it has only been 3 weeks of retirement and i am already tired of day and night just chilling and watching movies etc The good part is my family is happy because i am giving them enough time.but at the same time i don't want to work my *** off all my life and then die for money only. 

I did a lot of comparison shopping, watching YouTube videos etc before narrowing it down to the above choices.

So I have been listening too podcasts, reading books and watching YouTube videos on Real Estate Investing for around 2 months now.

I have been given what I believe to be some good information but again, it is so hard to sift through all the variables, varying thoughts from other investors, and stay on top of watching all the inventory. 

We are watching closely on these lux apartment buildings in downtown.  

Even though I haven't been actively investing I am constantly looking for ways to educate myself in this business such as reading books and blog posts, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and attending a few local meet ups.During my research and preparation, I have found a niche that I would like to really focus on.Today I visited my county courthouse and interacted with the Register of Wills Clerk who was kind enough to show me how to use the system to check the open probates list.

I'm vested in LV, and watch many reports, like the soon to be released GLVAR sales report for Jun'18.
