When I bought it I thought I was just going to have to replace 25% of the total subfloor - well of course I replaced the entire subfloor, plates, girder, all interior walls, all new systems include well and septic.

The only thing still original is some of the framing, the exterior stucco, the electric panel, the furnace, and the plaster walls and ceiling in the living room.  

How can I utilize this basement as it current is empty and unused.Some thoughts I had was divide it between two doors with a partition wall and give access as storage (paid?)

Which color would you recommend for rental units for following.1) kitchen cabinets2) luxury vinyl flooring color3) paint color walls, ceiling etclastly, would vinyl click and groove plank flooring be ok in washroom too or you recommend tiles?

I put in new floors, repainted the walls, redid the bathrooms and cleaned up the exterior.

I'm watching this with my mouth hanging open, three flips and two rental renos into this at the time.

I never have to worry about snow removal, lawn cutting and outside maintenance outside of the walls.
