I'm sure you'll have no problem renting it, there is a need for small but functional housing even if it doesn't appeal to section 8.I'm also pretty sure you will be taken advantage of if you don't get a great property manager or get educated about low income landlording pronto.  

honestly I have found in most areas those time of years are harder if your appealing to family's.

I assume weekly rentals would give us the best return (assuming vacancies work out) but the security of a seasonal deal is appealing.  

While working in the kitchen [by far the most labor intensive room] I will occassionally catch a whiff of fragrant bread baking or a turkey being roasted and imagine the people [the love] that had filled this tiny house during holidays.I have even attached names to the jug-eared,freckle-faced youth I visualize hanging from the limbs of the tree right outside of the mudroom, and the aproned woman urging me to repair the frame holding the incredible stained-glass artwork in one of the windows.And the names and faces?  

Some people are visual.

This is more appealing to me and my situation.

The front almost looks the same and the yards surrounding look good which makes the home look even worse curb appeal wise.

My Grandmother had one of the walk in tubs installed in her house.She is handicapped.Why would this area appeal to the more senior community?
