According to the metro ATL Chamber of Commerce the metro area is actually comprised of 20+ counties so it’s a rather large area and you can find good opportunities outside of the city and those are typically a lot safer investment long-term.

If you didn't over-pay for the house and he didn't charge you closing fees I'd just adhere to w.e he says....Your best bet is to post on Avvo and see what the lawyers say (its free).

@Caryn CasarezI'm sorry, but it is impossible to determine what exactly you are asking.If the IRA receives profit from a deal, then the profits must be returned to the IRA.If the IRA is partnering with another investor, then that person will receive their profit directly from the closing process, not typically from the IRA.
