They have far more homes, more amenities, and schools are decent.

The missed rent on 18 months would have been enough to pay for 1 kitchen or a couple of bathrooms.Fire people quicker.All in all, the market bailed me out and I paid tuition to get the best hands on training possible. 

Just for reference, this is a B+ family neighborhood a block from an elementary school.

That is why you must train your housemates and put systems in place.

Don't expect to flip a home remotely, 4 states away unless you have a trained and trusted PM that can oversee the job beginning to end.
