I have a nut neighnor who calls the city when I clean my ducts here so not interested in doing any unpermitted work.

I got a quote to repair/clean up the mold 2 days after her initial complaint and am planning to have it repaired sometime in the next week depending on availability.

Just saw this story here: http://bit.ly/2d6Px2RThe gist of it is that beginning tomorrow Saturday 9/24/16 lenders will now consider a mortgage applicant's payment history over 30 months to determine their credit worthiness.It is called "trended credit data".Borrowers that pay in full are seen as less risky and may qualify for a lower interest rate and borrowers that just pay the minimum payment will be considered higher risks.The old trick of avoiding large purchases right before closing on a mortgage and keeping your credit nose clean for a few months will not work.Bad news for flipping because it will shrink the buyer pool as more people will have a harder time qualifying.

I helped clean it out initially  and did the demolition in both showers, I also tiled both showers, I installed the counter tops, toilets, vanities, and lots of other misc tasks.

It's never a clean process and usually not worth it, especially if the seller wants any sort of compensation for the bookings.But since it's not legal it doesn't really matter, just say no thanks!

Standard repairs and clean up.

Depending on where your sewer runs you may be able to dig along side of slab and just have a clean out installed, but it can be quite costly.

Of course once you add the cleaning fee, it becomes pretty unattractive.How many days are we talking about in a year?
