Sometimes though when getting started and swimming in the middle of a lot of information, it is hard to see how to start off, what you need to do today, to get to tomorrow, to next week etc. 

I just don't want to regret selling this first property as we did so much to make it what it is today!

My lender sent me a disclosure this afternoon (Friday) saying they need it signed and returned before midnight today to be able to close on time.  

I even reviewed the memo earlier today where the memo said that this rule will help to prevent the most egregious instances of illegal flipping...which was absolutely right because we now do not see it that often.But Steve I think you were doing business back then, so you probably remember when this was prevalent.
