I found this guide http://www.ada.gov/restripe.pdfBut not sure if it's up to date, i want to ensure my parking lot is ADA compliant, is there a more up to date guide for California?

But us folks in Real Estate a dependable vehicle is a must.. especially early in my career when I drove over 40k miles a year and was selling ranch land in Northern CA... many of my listings were 10 to 30 miles back into the National forest.. not a place to be bringing your used car..

Greetings BPI just picked a a huge 9,000 sq ft vacant lot in the city of Orange, near Santiago Community College, its a very nice part of the city, in the canyons, a lot of beautiful and expensive homes along the hills.I have been wholesaling for about 3 yrs, and just started rehabbing last year, I wholesaled the house next to the lot, and it just so happen the same seller owned the lot next door, so he calls me a month later, tells me he is leaving Ca for good...he 85 years old and just wants to sail.....and so he sells me the lot for 125k....unbelievable. 

Has anyone in northern California (bay area, san jose, san francisco, Oakland) had experience working with Lerman Law Partners, LLP?

If someone was going to move from California and learn a market in which to execute the BRRR method, why is your market the best? 

Those number seem slim to me, but that's California.  

I am currently in the classes for the California license.

We had lived in our condo in CA for 2 years and then rented it out while we rented a house to live in.
