As far as the estimated value of the home being the same as the equity... this means there is zero equity...You could still add value, by turning a 3B1b house into a 4B2b house, if the comps support it of course.The more creative you are the more money you can potentially make.I sincerely believe that the source of the questions comes from improper lead gen.
