I believe you can also put your signature at the bottom of your post, which then potentially generates leads, at minimum makes it easier for others to see how to contact you or your website. 

Too early to report significant successes, but a few calls have come in and I have one promising lead.

I will attempt the wholesalers options, just here in South Florida these wholesalers all share the same leads.

I have no time or interest in finding motivated sellers directly, and would rather work with a wholesaler or real estate professional to do the legwork and find qualified leads.  

Then, you'll better know the type lead to market to and what motivates them as a seller.

I'm a huge numbers nerd, at least, which seems like it will help.I landed in Cleveland with no leads or connections a few weeks ago and am starting an exciting job on Monday, so from my perspective the economy here is pretty promising.
