Honestly I don't think you need any more education or I'll say the BEST education is on the ground, hands on experience.Everyone will have tips, advice and little things that will help you do things better or faster or to make more money but the best way to do a deal is to do a deal from beginning to end.Keep moving forward, it sounds like you got a good deal!

If it worked, repeat.Buying with cash is quicker, less expensive and all things equal can be the tipping factor in obtaining the deal if there are multiple offers on the same property, even if your offer is less.
