Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

I have had decent luck with the tenants so far..other then later water bills and random things getting broken pretty smooth.

(It'd be too easy if things went smoothly) everything is all lined up for that deal its just the waiting game until the title issue is resolved.
