That jump in supply along with current conditions make it a tough sell for me.I agree with another commenter about house-hacking opportunities with more upside in nearby pockets, ie USC, Pico Union, even Historic South Central.

The bids received is an outlier according to the stats that local appraiser Ryan Lundquist cited.Personally, I foresee the greater Sacramento market to continue the red hot trend in the near future, simply because the demand is greater than the existing supply.
