If my portfolio was more 2,500sf A to B class properties I could definitely start to shift my opinion where I would expect such a renter to have a better FICO Score and it play a bigger role in my decision making… so yes, what pond you swim in could definitely have an impact there.Randy

Vacation rental owners who utilize full service rental companies usually do better than those who use realtor friends or VRBO... although a good management company will have a property marketed across all platforms including VRBO and AirBnB as trends are shifting this way.As for determining projected revenue, this is one reason I strongly encourage buyers to consider grabbing a property that has been in a rental program.

Once the crash happened, renters could no longer buy condos and a large number of past renters, who had purchased condos, were being closed on causing a shift in the rental market.
