He does a bunch of kind of real estate deals and he has a course specifically for note flipping but it's sort of a more interesting approach.

@Huiping S.Your mistake was to pull those together into one LLC; you should have kept them all separate and avoided several headaches that you would have to deal with from now on...

I get the travel insurance though when we cruise and those are usually 20k plus trips I always get trip insurance and medical.. but like for this Montana 3 night next week its 600.00 bucks so if I dont go big deal.. 

It can also avoid the time and energy of having to deal with fixing the damage caused by and evicting the tenant.
