You would analyze a property in different ways depending on it's unit size, and type (office, apartment, etc).

Don't let the size freak you out too much though!

It's a 4-plex, side-by-side with garages and full size washer and dryers in unit.

The area I'm looking at is super quiet in the county, 45 minutes from previously mentioned companies, 10 minutes from a over sized Kroger's and a great small town. 

It also depends on the unit size.
