Look Unless it’s in your lease I would tell them that if they want it colder then go buy themselves a window unit and if they really fight you about it go buy them one and take the cost directly out of their security deposit .

It's often best for the architect to include MEP & Structural engineering in their bid since they are required to work directly with them.

Hello BP community,While driving around my area, I came across a 3 bed 2 bath house with the ideal characteristics of a home to target with direct mail: overgrown grass, stained vinyl, crinkled blinds in the windows, etc.

I’m not worried about getting denied or failing but I’d rather have the right direction to go.Trying to find out answers is not a bad decision.

Regardless, I wouldn't stress too much about it, just get your girls pointed in the right direction and see what happens.
