If you have studied up on mh investing you should be fine.

I've been studying real estate since I was 14 years old, I know a little bit here and there.

Rewards are often that the construction back then were more solid than some of what we find today, even though they were not as energy efficent and often wired for 110 as opposed to 220.Downside was that the bedrooms were built much smaller than we are used to today because their activity was in the study, den, or family room.

Do a market study.

Then study the actual tax codes.

I do highly admire the fact that you are so ambitious, willing to go to school full time, maintain a full time job AND study REI.

Unfortunately another tenant complaines about them that they have always parties and are very noisy and that he can't sleep or study because of them.

I am very interested in getting started in real estate, but I currently don't have the money for a down payment, so I am continuing to study real estate while I am working on improving my credit and putting together money together for a down payment.
